We are all volunteers at Beacon - whether providing a warm
welcome, a cuppa and a piece of cake to our participants, our volunteers who
teach craft and woodworking skills, to our management committee members and
trustees, we all give our time and skills to make Beacon Dementia &
Wellbeing what it is.
We work
with a strength-based approach This means we use our personal strengths of
skills, knowledge and experience to enhance the health & wellbeing of
our participants and ourselves. Our goal is to promote the positive.
